How to drive your shit?

Here is my new article at Brainz magazine, which is talking about how we can take over the ownership of our own lives. What does it mean? Basically to make the right decisions all the time, whenever we get to a crossroads, to have the clarity of what we really want out of our life on this Earth and to be bold enough to actually go for it.

This is one of my favorite topics, both for my clients and for myself. I never stop challenging this topic, am I living the life I want, or am I compromising? If I do compromise, if I don't like something in my life, what is the story behind it? Is it an excuse, a fear of taking risks, or is it real? And how can you tell the difference?

First of all, when you fully believe in your worth, when you are really confident and strong, would you take the same decisions, would you live exactly the same life as when you are feeling insecure, blue, or useless? I am pretty sure that the answer is no. So what if you take the power pose and fake it till you make it? What if you make your decisions in life with the lion in you and not as a small and scared mouse?

So with all your confidence, what is the roadmap you can create for yourself, what is your dream life? What do you really want in life, if you focus on the real desires and not the ones that the scared little child in you suggests? We love her/him, and we need her/him, but let's not make major life decisions driven by fear.

Finally, coaching is always action. Daydreaming is great, that is a nice starting point, but what can you do today to get closer to your dream life?
